Delivery terms & policy

Turnaround 

On all (in stock products)  orders placed the estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days after order confirmed and fully paid . If there is any delay in your order you will be notified via e-mail or by phone.

All Non-stock or Special orders  – delivery time may take up to 15 working days.

Carriers

We use specialist pallet carriers to deliver our orders. Daily collections from our warehouse. 

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates from our Warehouse in Ballincollig.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the number of your ordered products and based on orders between 30 kg up to 1 tone. Delivery costs are the following:

Ballincollig and Cork City – Free delivery  

• €46.00  – Cork County

• €55.00  – Dublin Area Only

• €58.00  – Nationwide

• €69.00  – Donegal

As Online Building Store We Mostly Dispatch All Orders Directly From Our Warehouse Collections Also Available Only With Advance Booking By Phone Or E-mail

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Locations 

We aim to deliver to the whole of Ireland exclude North of Ireland & UK . if you believe you are in an area that normally experiences problems with heavy deliveries please tell us in advance of your order. You can email sales@all4building.ie and we will reply within 24 hours.

Packaging & Handling 

The tiles can be heavy, so make sure you have help and adequate space to receive the tiles. We take great care to package the tiles up safely so no damage are caused during transport. Please inspect the packages before signing off with the delivery driver.
