Delivery terms & policy
Turnaround
On all in-stock orders the estimated delivery time is up to 7 working days after the order is confirmed and fully paid. If there is any delay you will be notified by email or phone. Non-stock or special orders may take up to 15 working days.

If your job cannot wait, call us on +353 85 868 8459 or 021 487 6963 before you order. We will check stock and tell you honestly what delivery date we can hit — express and same-week delivery is often possible when we can plan the run.
Shipping rates
Rates apply to orders between 30kg and 1 tonne, shipped from our warehouse in Ballincollig:

Bulky items — insulation boards
The rates above are based on palletised goods. Insulation boards (EPS / polystyrene) take up far more space than they weigh — a single order can fill half a van or more — so a flat pallet rate would be wrong for both of us. For those products we quote delivery individually: place your order as normal and we will come back to you by email or phone with the exact delivery cost for approval. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Carriers
We use specialist pallet carriers with daily collections from our warehouse. If a tracking number is provided by the carrier we will update your order with the tracking information.
Collections
As an online building store we mostly dispatch orders directly from our warehouse. Collections are available only with advance booking by phone (021 487 6963) or email (sales@all4building.ie).
Back orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship the available part of your order and contact you about the remainder.
