1. Who you are buying from

All4Building.ie is a trading name of Deco Stones Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (company no. 630942), VAT no. IE3577732SH. Trading address: Unit 7, Westpoint Trade Centre, Link Road, Block B, Ballincollig, Co. Cork P31 N623. Contact: sales@all4building.ie, +353 85 868 8459.

Payments - whether by card or bank transfer - are made to Deco Stones Ltd, so that is the name that will appear on your bank or card statement. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by card (Stripe) or by bank transfer, and orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was materially wrong we will contact you before processing the order.

3. Delivery

In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Special-order items may take up to 15 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Please inspect goods on arrival and note any damage with the carrier.

4. Returns and cancellations

As per our store policy, we are unable to accept returns of building supplies such as adhesives, grouts, plasters and mortars, or to issue refunds for such products. Unopened boxes of tiles or stone can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid invoice. Special-order and non-stock items are not accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances. A restocking charge of up to 20% may be applied where the size of the refund is considered excessive.

If you ordered online as a consumer, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive still applies. Goods must be unused, unopened and fit for resale, and return shipping is at your cost. That right does not cover special-order or custom-cut items. 5. Faulty goods

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

6. Product information

Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Always follow the manufacturer's datasheet and instructions. Coverage figures are estimates and depend on substrate and conditions.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
