Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of the All4Building.ie online store operated by All 4 Building, Unit 7, Westpoint Trade Centre, Link Road, Block B, Ballincollig, Co. Cork P31 N623. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted by card (Stripe), bank transfer or on delivery/collection. For bank transfer orders, goods are dispatched once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price was materially wrong we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Delivery
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Special-order items may take up to 15 working days. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Please inspect goods on arrival and note any damage with the carrier.
4. Returns and cancellations
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and fit for resale. Return shipping for unwanted goods is at the customer's cost; special-order items are non-returnable. To arrange a return contact sales@all4building.ie.
5. Faulty goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
6. Product information
Product images and descriptions are for guidance. Always follow the manufacturer's datasheet and instructions. Coverage figures are estimates and depend on substrate and conditions.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
