Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Your card details go straight to Stripe, so they are never seen or stored on our website.

All4Building.ie is a trading name of Deco Stones Ltd, the company that operates the shop, so that is the name that appears on card statements and bank transfers. It is the correct payee.

Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout and we email you our account details. Use your order number as the payment reference and we will dispatch the goods once the payment reaches our account.

Orders are paid before dispatch, by card at checkout or by bank transfer. If you are a regular trade customer and need different arrangements, call us on +353 85 868 8459 and we will see what we can do for you.

All prices on the website include VAT. For a VAT invoice, email sales@all4building.ie with your order number and company details. Our VAT number is IE3577732SH.

Yes. We deliver building materials throughout Ireland. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, product availability and the size of your order.

We dispatch orders as quickly as we can. In-stock orders normally arrive within 7 working days of the order being confirmed and paid, while non-stock and special-order items can take up to 15 working days. If you have an urgent requirement, contact us on 021 487 6963 or +353 85 868 8459. We will always do our best to accommodate your request and, where possible, arrange an earlier delivery.

Delivery is free in Ballincollig and Cork City. Cork County is €53.03, Dublin €60.61, the rest of Ireland €68.19 and Donegal €81.82. Those rates cover palletised orders between 30kg and 1 tonne.

Insulation boards take up far more space than they weigh, so a single order can fill half a van. Charging a flat pallet rate would be wrong for both of us, so we price the run to your address and email you the cost. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

If you need delivery on a particular day, contact our team before placing your order on +353 85 868 8459. We will check availability and do our best to arrange delivery at a suitable time.

We always try to provide delivery updates where possible. For larger deliveries, either our team or the carrier may contact you before arrival to help coordinate it. Please make sure your contact details are correct when placing your order so we can reach you if needed.

In most cases someone should be available to receive and check the delivery on arrival. In exceptional circumstances delivery may be possible without anyone present, so if you cannot be at the delivery address, contact us in advance on +353 85 868 8459 and we will discuss the options.

Please check your order on delivery and note any damage with the carrier. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible on sales@all4building.ie or +353 85 868 8459, ideally within 48 hours and with photos, and we will resolve it quickly.

We deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland as standard. For anywhere outside it, including Northern Ireland, contact us on +353 85 868 8459 for a quote before you order.

Yes. You can place your order online, choose 'Collection from warehouse' at checkout and collect it from us in Ballincollig. Once your order has been prepared we will confirm that it is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before travelling to collect it.

Collection times depend on product availability and the size of your order. Many orders can be prepared quickly, while larger or specialist orders need more preparation time. If you need your order ready for a specific time, contact our team on +353 85 868 8459 and we will do our best to help.

Please bring your order confirmation or your order details. That lets us identify the order straight away and keeps the collection quick.

Yes. Someone else can collect for you, as long as they have your order confirmation details and the name the order was placed under.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we can usually change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible on +353 85 868 8459 or sales@all4building.ie with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Yes. We supply both individual customers and trade professionals. If you are working on a larger project, contact our team on +353 85 868 8459 to discuss your requirements and the options available to you.

Products sold by area, such as insulation boards, renders and adhesives, have an area calculator on their product page: enter your square metres and it tells you how many units to order. If you would rather have us check it, send us your measurements and we will put a full materials list together.

Of course. Call +353 85 868 8459 or 021 487 6963, or message us on WhatsApp, and we will take the order and arrange payment and delivery with you.

Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00, Sat 9:30-16:00. Outside those hours you can still order on the website or send us a WhatsApp message, and we will come back to you the next working day.

As per our store policy we cannot accept returns of building supplies such as adhesives, grouts, plasters and mortars, and special-order or non-stock items cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened boxes of tiles or stone can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid invoice, and a restocking charge of up to 20% may apply. If you bought online as a consumer, your statutory 14-day right to cancel still applies to unused, unopened goods. Please contact us on sales@all4building.ie before sending anything back.
