CEKOL C-40 Joint Filler 16kg is a high-quality gypsum-based joint compound designed for professional plasterboard finishing and interior repair works. The product contains special cellulose and polyamide fibers, improving strength, flexibility and resistance to cracking. It is specially developed for filling joints between plasterboard panels without the need for reinforcing tape under standard conditions. CEKOL C-40 is also suitable for repairing cracks, scratches and minor surface defects on walls and ceilings. After drying, the surface can be sanded to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting or further decoration. The product complies with EN 13963 Type 4B requirements when mixed with standard setting time.

Application: The substrate should be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, grease and loose particles. For plasterboard joints, clean the joints carefully before application. Highly absorbent surfaces and cut plasterboard edges should be primed with CEKOL DL-80 Deep Penetrating Primer. Mix CEKOL C-40 with clean water according to the manufacturer's instructions. Apply using a suitable filling knife or trowel and allow sufficient drying time before sanding.
