These EPS Insulation Fixings are designed for the secure mechanical fixing of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation boards in External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS).
Used together with ETICS adhesive, they provide additional mechanical support, helping ensure the insulation system remains securely fixed for many years. They are suitable for both residential and commercial external wall insulation projects.
Available in multiple lengths, the fixings can be selected according to insulation thickness and substrate requirements.

Application: Mechanical fixing of EPS insulation boards Coverage: Recommended usage: 5–6 fixings per m² One pack covers approximately 16-20m², depending on substrate, building height and project specification.
Installation: Install the insulation boards using a suitable ETICS adhesive such as Ceresit ZU EPS Adhesive & Reinforcing Mortar. Once the adhesive has cured, drill through the insulation into the substrate and install the mechanical fixings according to the ETICS installation guidelines.
