SOPRO Tanking System 20kg is a professional waterproofing solution based on a ready-to-use liquid membrane designed for use under ceramic and natural stone coverings. The flexible coating creates a continuous waterproof layer that protects moisture-sensitive substrates from water penetration. Its elastic properties allow it to bridge minor cracks and accommodate movement within the substrate, helping to maintain long-term waterproof protection. SOPRO Tanking System is ideal for areas exposed to regular moisture and water splash, including bathrooms, shower areas, washrooms and other wet rooms where a reliable waterproofing layer is required before tiling.

Coverage depends on substrate condition, application method and thickness applied.
Application: The substrate must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, grease and loose particles. Apply SOPRO Tanking System evenly using a roller, brush or suitable trowel. Apply the recommended number of coats, allowing sufficient drying time between applications. Corners, joints and movement areas should be reinforced with suitable waterproofing tapes and accessories where required. After the membrane has fully dried, ceramic tiles can be installed using a suitable flexible tile adhesive.
